The prices shown in the webshop are retail prices. You are welcome to ask for a special offer on big quantities by e-mail.
By default, the prices are shown as VAT0%. You can change the settings with the help of a drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the page.
We usually have our standard products in stock, and their delivery times can be short. If the product is not in stock, it is marked in the webshop as “Out of stock”, but it can be ordered. In this case, the customer pays for the product when placing the order, and the delivery time is confirmed separately. Usually the delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the production schedule. Most of our products can be sent as a letter or a postal parcel. Big-sized and heavy purchases are delivered by a freight carrier.
We also deliver our products to destinations outside Finland. Deliveries within the Tampere area can be carried out with the company’s own car.
The customer chooses the delivery option from those available. Delivery expenses are added to the price. It is also possible for the customer to pick up the purchase from our factory during the opening hours. In this case, there are no delivery charges.
It is possible to make changes to the material, finishing and size of leaves and holes. The changes are always priced individually. For a regular product to which the customer requests changes, the terms are usually the same as for a product that is out of stock. Please contact us by e-mail for details.
The order is paid before the products are shipped. The payment methods are those that are offered as options by Paytrail Ltd.
The approximate delivery time is 4-10 working days, but depends on the carrier. In most cases, products are shipped within 1-2 days after the payment has been deposited into the company’s bank account. If the delivery is considerably delayed, we will do our best to inform the customer by e-mail or phone.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is sold out or if it cannot be supplied due to insurmountable obstacles. We also reserve the right to reject the order.
On making an order, the customer provides their name and address, as well as their e-mail address and telephone number. The seller ensures the safety of the customer’s information and does not pass it on to third parties.

Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
