We make hinges at our factory in Tampere, Finland.

As an experiences manufacturer, we offer our customers a wide selection of products, and an option to make a tailored product. For example, positioning of the holes, thickness and finishing can be changed according to your requirements.

If you haven't found a suitable model on the website, please contact us by email, and we can discuss a possible solution for your application. We can also develop a new hinge model.

Many of our hinges are equipped with bearings that are designed to carry the vertical or/and the horizontal load.

Our sliding ladders for swimming docks are easy and safe to lift and put back into the water. We offer a choice of 4 - 10 step standard options.

The standard material is brown pressure-treated wood. The metal parts are made of acid resistant steel AISI316.

There are various finishing options available for our hinges. For most hinges, there is a standard finishing option or options preferred by the majority of customers. Such hinges are made to stock and are available for purchase via the webshop with this cetain finishing.

This standard finishing option is most often the cheapest one. It is possible to order any finishing option even for small batches of products, but it is possible that the customer would have to wait for the next time the hinge is manufactured. Otherwise requests to change the finishing do not increase the production time considerably.

Our standard safety gates are made of stainless steel AISI304 or acid resistant steel AISI316. The width is adjustable. All the models can be adjusted to the customer's specification - please contact us by email before placing an order.

We also make safety gate hinges. Suitable hinges are included in the price of the gate.

Bearings

We sell bearings of various dimensions and materials. Most often, the bearings are made by another manufacturer.

Pins

You can buy suitable pins for your hinges.

Springs

We sell left (L) and right-handed (R) springs. The durability of a spring depends on in what kind of temperatures and how actively it has been used as well as the amount of tension adjustment. Aso please note that attempts to open the hinge in the wrong direction might damage the spring.

With many hinges, it is possible to replace a worn or damaged spring. Changing the spring always involves releasing the spring tension and detatching the hinge or the door.

With many models, changing the spring requires skill and special tools. We recommend changing the spring by yourself only in models 001, 002, 003 and 004.

In other cases, please get in touch with us if you need to change the spring or otherwise repair a hinge.

We make 3D models and drawings with measurements of all the hinges that we manufacture.

We adjust the hinges to the requirements of our customers. Our engineers develop a new model almost every week.

The customer needs to inform the factory of the installation dimensions, the method of installation and the trajectory of the hinge movement.

Manufacturing starts after the customer has approved the drawings.

If needed, the customer can request the 3D model to use in their own designs. The models are provided in all common formats.

We design the hinges with Vertex G4 software.
