301.1 - Rolled pin hinge for constructions meant for galvanizing, 102 x 76 mm, steel, no holes

A pin hinge, made from 3 mm thick steel by rolling (leaves only!).
This is a new version of the model - there is now a 3 mm gap between the pin and the leaves. This way, the hinge is suitable for constructions meant for hot-dip galvanizing. After the hot-dip gavanizing, the suitable pin is D 6 mm.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• The hinge leaves are attached to the frame and the door separately.
• The hinge is welded to the door and the frame.
