200.2 - Spring-loaded hinge, surface-mounted, non lift-off, AISI304

A spring loaded, non lift-off hinge that keeps a gate or a shutter closed by spring force. When the shutter is open downwards, weight will keep it open. The spring makes lifting and closing the shutter easier. The model can be used as a safety gate hinge.

The hinge is mounted onto the surface. The spring needs to be locked in the set position with a screw. See also a similar model 203 (installed between the frame and the gate).

Material: stainless steel AISI 304, all parts.
Bearing: brass

Adjustable spring force (spring – stainless spring steel).
